Modifications including but not limited to extended slide releases, trigger shoes, laser sights, or any addition or alteration to the frame or external dimensions of the handgun itself may cause the holster to fit improperly and could increase the risk of accidental discharge. It is the responsibility of the purchaser or user to use firearm safety and R Grizzle Leather is not responsible for damage, personal injury, or death due to misuse or negligent use of firearms or holsters. Your R Grizzle Leather holsters or holster accessories are designed only to be used with the handgun model or handgun accessory it was specifically made for. No attempt should ever be made to alter or modify an R Grizzle Leather holster by anyone other than an R Grizzle Leather employee. All holsters should be inspected before, during, and after each use by user for damage, worn parts, or loose stitching. Should the holster become loose, worn, defective, or ill fitting at any time, cease use immediately. Upon purchase of the holster or accessory it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser or user, not the manufacturer, to deem that the holster or accessory is safe and fit for their intended use. All risk and liability shall be on the purchaser and or user of the holsters and or accessories in the manner in which they are worn and used. Always make sure you test the holster for proper fit and retention with an unloaded handgun before use. Extreme caution should be used during any vigorous activity, such as but not limited to running, to insure that the firearm remains seated fully in the holster. By purchasing an R Grizzle Leather holster or product you hereby acknowledge that firearms are dangerous and release R Grizzle Leather, its owners, its associates, and employees from any and all liability for injuries or accidents relating to the use of the holster, accessory or any firearm.

Upon purchase of a sheath it is the sole responsibility of the purchaser or user, not the manufacturer, to deem that the sheath is safe and fit for their intended use. All risk and liability shall be on the purchaser and or user of the knife and or accessories in the manner in which they are worn and used.
