Ordering:
I offer a standard version of my holsters on this website for easy ordering, however, I can do some custom work. All holsters and mag carriers can be made right or left handed. The standard version of my holsters come open top with a slide guard/body shield for pistols and must be made for one of the handguns listed on the Handgun List. A hammer guard/body shield can be added to holsters for revolvers at no extra charge upon request. All custom orders must be made through email or by phone. This would include different clip or belt loop sizes than the standard offered. It would also include adding exotics, horsehide or smooth leather lining, if you want the slide guard left off, or any other type of custom work. If you are thinking about ordering the smooth leather lining, bear in mind that if your pistol has very sharp serrations on the front or muzzle end of the slide the serrations may cause damage to the smooth leather interior and there is no way to prevent this. All of my holster and mag carrier patterns are hand drawn therefore designs may vary depending on the handgun size and shape. If the handgun model you own is not listed on the Handgun List page please email for holster availability. We can check with the dummy gun companies to see if there is one available for your model.
Payment Options:
We require a 15% non-refundable deposit up front to help with material and hold your spot in our order book. We will contact you for the balance just before we cut leather on the order. We prefer that our customers pay the deposit only up front. To pay the deposit please place your order by phone or email. Do not send any CC information through email. If you decide to cancel your order the 15% non-refundable deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Once we cut leather and start an order it cannot be changed or canceled.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required on any items ordered with exotic material that we do not have in stock at the time of your order.
If we have to purchase a new dummy gun specifically for your order, in most cases, we do not charge extra however the amount of the dummy gun including shipping is required up front as the deposit and is non-refundable.
If you pay the deposit up front we will contact you by email for the remaining balance on your order about 1 - 2 weeks prior to cutting leather. This is to give you time to pay the balance. We realize that not everyone checks their email often or sometimes an email may be sent to the junk folder so we will send a second email if we do not hear from you usually within a week. If we still have not heard from you after the second email we will attempt to reach you by phone if a phone number has been provided. If you have an emergency or reason why you cannot pay your balance when we contact you please let us know. We will work with you if you need to move your order back or need more time. After 30 days from the date the first email was sent if we have not heard from you we have no other choice but to assume you are cancelling. At this time we will send an email letting you know that the order has been removed from our book and your deposit will be kept as the cancellation fee. We feel that 30 days, two emails, and a phone call is more than a fair attempt to contact you. At this point if you want to order you will have to pay the deposit again and your wait time will start over. Our current wait time is posted at the top of every page of our website.

Warranty/Return Policy:
All sales are final but if you should find any defect in workmanship or material we will repair or replace your item. All of our products have a 1 year warranty from the date of shipment for the original purchaser with receipt. This excludes nylon clips which have a 90 day warranty from the date of shipment for the original purchaser. You must contact us by email before returning any item. This warranty does not cover abuse or misuse of any product or normal wear and tear.
Color Options:
We offer Oak, Light Brown, Dark Brown, Black, and Mahogany. All holsters, belts and accessories are sewn with black thread except for the Oak colored leather which is sewn with white thread.

Basically we fade the dye to give the leather a weathered or worn look. We also sometimes pick out pieces of leather for the vintage items that may have more scars, wrinkles or character to it. This is something we started out occasionally doing on some in stock holsters and eventually started getting requests for it. Each item is unique and no two will be exactly alike. Sometimes the color can be lighter or darker than shown in the photos below. The price for these colors are $10 extra per item. There will be a V stamped on the back for Vintage. There are some more photos that can be seen under the Gallery tab on the Leather Gear page and also on the Exotics page.

Pictured below on the left are the injection molded Nylon Clips that will come with all of our tuckable holsters and mag carriers. These offer 5 holes for cant and ride depth adjustment.
For those that prefer a loop we also offer a Leather Snap Loop on Kydex shown below on the right for an addition charge. Please email or call before ordering if you would like the Leather Snap Loop on Kydex with your tuckable holster or mag carrier. The additional cost for the Leather Snap Loop on Kydex in place of the Nylon Clips are $5 each or $10 per set when ordered with a holster or mag carrier. When purchased separately they are $13.50 each or $27 per set. The Nylon Clip price is included in the tuckable holster or mag carrier price listed on our site. If you would like to order these separately they are $8 each or $16 per set.
